The Hotel Buelow Residenz is a distinctive and privately owned grand hotel committed to quality and personal attention. It is located in the historical part of Dresden between the monument of August des Starken (1679-1733) and the Dreikoenigs Church in which the new Saxonian Diet was constituted in 1990. The hotel's excellent situation in the city gives business guests and private travellers a distinct advantage: everything which Dresden has to offer is on the doorstep. Built in 1730 and completely refurnished in 1993 - at a cost of over DM 16 million - The Bülow Residenz is an outstanding blend of historic elegance and luxurious comfort.

The Bülow Residenz is one of the most attractive mansion houses in Saxony. Situated in the baroque quarter of the central Neustadt district, it was first constructed in 1730.
The restaurant "Caroussel" is the number one culinary destination in Dresden. For years, this gourmet restaurant has ranked among the best in the country. Awarded 1 Michelin star and 17 out of a possible 20 points by Gault Millau, the menu offers contemporary light and fresh cuisine of the highest standard. Please note that the restaurant is closed on Mondays and Sundays. A small menu is available to hotel guests on these days. Our baroque "Caroussel Bar" occupies an arched cellar of sandstone. With its cosy décor and elaborate, amusing display cabinets, the bar provides a laidback, informal atmosphere in the evenings. In our baroque courtyard with bright hydrangeas and striking orange trees you can find peace and relaxation.
Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 19.00 per person.
