Our Conference Center Neustadt “CCN” with divisible conference rooms and spacious foyer with its winter garden is suitable for all kind of events. Our conference rooms have a maximum capacity of 250 people and are equipped with the latest Neuland conference and presentation technology. To round off our professional business services and for your personal convenience, we offer you an office, equipped with a PC, a printer and access to the internet.

Please note that the sauna will be closed for renovation from 21 July 2008 to 17 August 2008. Guests can still enjoy unlimited access to the pool, fitness area and solarium during this period.

Food & Beverage

In our light and bright restaurant "stephan's restaurant" we serve a sumptuous breakfast daily until 11:00 and our sunday brunch from 11:00 to 15:00. In the evenings we treat you to light cuisine and themed buffets including an extensive salad bar. We also offer an a la carte menu and give romantic candle-lit suppers "stephans bar & lounge" is the ideal meeting point where you can enjoy a cold beer, an exotic cocktail or a small snack in a casual atmosphere.

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 17.00 per person.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 16:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.

Child Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
